• Sales conducted through our landing pages are subject to a 10% commission fee on the total sale price.
• Payment processing is handled via third-party platforms, such as PayPal or Escrow. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of these platforms.
• By listing a domain on NameHub.io, you agree that the commission fee will be deducted from the sale proceeds prior to any disbursement.

3. Accuracy of Listings

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of domain listings provided by third parties. All listings are provided “as is.” Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided regarding their domain names.

4. All Sales Are Final

All domain name sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be provided once a transaction is completed.

The domain names displayed or promoted on NameHub.io, including domains available for hand registration, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. We make no guarantees regarding the future value, marketability, or profitability of any domain.

6. Limitation of Liability
